4. AI Processing and Model Providers
Aize is a multi-model platform. When you submit prompts, files, or other inputs, we may process that content through Aize systems and transmit it to the third-party model provider or infrastructure provider required to complete your request.
- The provider that processes your request may store or handle your data under its own terms and privacy practices.
- We recommend that you avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use case and you understand the provider involved.
- We do not use your private content to train Aize models or general-purpose systems unless you clearly opt in or deliberately provide the content for that purpose.
- We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data to measure system performance, improve safety, and improve the Services.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records.
| Account profile and workspace data | Until account deletion, plus a limited period for backup, fraud prevention, and legal compliance |

| Billing, tax, and transaction records | As required by applicable financial, tax, and accounting laws |
When you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your information, subject to legal, security, fraud prevention, and backup limitations.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, environment segregation, logging, and security monitoring. No service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
